3 large chicken breast, boneless, skinless
BBQ sauce (to taste)
1 premade pizza dough
1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion (type of your choice, sliced or diced, and optional)
1/4 C parsley
bacon, cooked crisp, and crumbled (store bought optional)
(any other toppings you desire)
ranch dip (optional)


Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.

Cut chicken into bite size cubes. Cook chicken in a large skillet, over medium heat.

Add one half of the BBQ sauce. Mix well.

Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes.

Spread BBQ sauce over cooked dough.

Add one half of cheeses. Spread evenly.

Spread BBQ chicken on top.

Add onion and other toppings (except bacon).

Add remaining cheeses.

Sprinkle bacon evenly on top.

Bake 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cut into approx. 1" x 3" pieces.

Dip in ranch dip, if using.
