3 C milk
1 16 oz. package graham crackers
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 C sugar
1/2 C (1 stick) butter
1/2 C semi-sweet or dark chocolate, finely chopped
1/4 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
Line a 9x13 dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Cover bottom with a layer of graham crackers, breaking into smaller pieces to fill gaps.
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, Cool Whip, and milk. Pour half of mixture evenly over graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture, followed by another layer of graham crackers.
Combine sugar, butter, chocolate, milk, and vanilla, in a saucepan, over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Pour evenly over graham crackers.
Cover and freeze for 4 hours, or overnight.
