1 pkg crescent rolls
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
1 C sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 C hash browns, thawed, shredded
1 C green bell pepper, diced
1 C orange bell pepper, diced
1/4 C milk
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp rosemary
1 tsp red chili flakes, optional
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. Spray a 10x15 baking sheet pan with non-stick spray.
Spread rolls evenly over sheet pan, pinching seams together, to create one flat crust.
Evenly spread sausage over dough, followed by hash browns, and cheese.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic, rosemary, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over pizza.
Place bell pepper slices on top of egg mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs and dough are cooked through.
