Dark's Kitchen
Serves 8

1 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C + 2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp oil
1 C halved green pepper strips
1 C halved red pepper strips
1 onion, sliced
1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced, halved, regular or spicy
3 C Penne pasta


Cook pasta Al Dente. Set aside.

Mix chicken with 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and 2 Tbsp milk until blended.

Heat oil in large skillet, over medium heat.

Add chicken and veggies. Cook until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender. Stir frequently.

Add sausage and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add cream cheese, remaining milk, and seasoning.

Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

Stir in pasta and serve.
