Ingredients:

non-stick cooking spray, as needed
1 18.3 oz. fudge brownie mix
water, vegetable oil, and eggs, as called for on brownie mix box
1 8 oz. pkg Snickers bites candy
2 1/4 C semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp shortening

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil, allowing it to extend 2 inches over edges of pan.

Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.

In large bowl, mix brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs, until well blended.

Spread in pan.

Bake 24 to 26 minutes, or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Do not overbake.

Cool completely. Remove brownies from pan. Remove foil from brownie.

Trim 1/8 inch off edges of brownie (the outer crispy part). Cut brownie into 35 squares (7 rows of 5).

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Place a brownie square in your hand and press to flatten.

Place a Snickers in center of brownie. Wrap brownie around Snickers, forming into a ball.

Place on cookie sheet. Continue until all brownies are used.

Refrigerate 15 minutes.

Finely chop remaining Snickers.

In medium bowl, microwave chocolate chips and shortening, uncovered, on high, for 60 to 90 seconds, or until mixture can be stirred smooth.

Using 2 forks, dip and roll balls in melted chocolate (2 toothpicks works great too).

Return to cookie sheet and top with chopped Snickers.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until coating is set. Store covered, in refrigerator.
