Dark's Kitchen


1/2 C peanut butter
3 Tbsp soft butter (not melted)
1 tsp vanilla
1 C Rice Krispies
1/2 C chopped pecans (or any nut of your choice)
1 C shredded coconut

Chocolate coating;

1 pkg chocolate chips
1 square sweet chocolate

Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, nuts, and coconut.

Refrigerate for half an hour.

Form into balls.

Return to fridge and chill for an hour.

Melt chocolate chips and sweet chocolate in a double boiler. Keep on low so that chocolate remains soft.

Drop balls into chocolate mixture, one at a time, using a fork to roll them, ensuring an even coating.

Place on parchment paper, in fridge.

Once fully cooled, move to an airtight container.
