Dark's Kitchen

1 C flour
1 C nuts, of your choice, chopped
1 stick butter, softened
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C powdered sugar
1 16 oz. Cool Whip, divided
3 pkg instant vanilla pudding
6 C milk
1/2 C nuts of your choice, chopped


Preheat oven to 325 F degrees.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl or mixer, combine flour, nuts, and butter.

Press into bottom of baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 Cool Whip.

Spread mixture over cooled crust.

Prepare pudding as directed on box.

Spread pudding over cream cheese layer.

Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle chopped nuts.

Keep refrigerated.
