Ingredients:
Serves 18-24

12 oz. white chocolate chips
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow crème (fluff)
1 3/4 C sugar
3/4 C eggnog (see my homemade eggnog in Misc. recipes
1/2 C (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp nutmeg, plus extra for garnish

Directions:

Line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with aluminum foil. Grease foil with additional butter
or non-stick spray.

Combine butter, sugar, and eggnog in a large saucepan, over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.

Stirring frequently, bring mixture to 234 F degrees.

Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted.

Working quickly, stir in marshmallow crème, vanilla extract, and nutmeg, until fully incorporated.

Transfer mixture to baking dish.

Smooth the top and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Allow to fully cool, then cut into squares.
