3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (do not thaw)
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg stuffing (Great Value, Stove Top, etc.)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 C chicken broth
1/2 C diced onion
1/2 C diced celery
1 Tbsp Cumin seasoning
1 can whole kernel corn, optional
Place chicken and corn (if using) in crock pot. Cover with soup.
Season with cumin seasoning,(reserve 1/2)
In a microwave safe bowl, heat onion, margarine, celery, and broth, until hot.
Stir in stuffing until moistened.
Mix in the reserve cumin seasoning.
Cover the chicken and soup, in crock pot, with stuffing.
Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Stuffing will have a crisp outer layer and will be creamy underneath with the chicken and sauce.
