2 C BBQ sauce
1/4 C brown sugar
4 Tbsp cider vinegar
3 tsp oregano
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder
3 lbs baby back pork ribs
salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, oregano,
Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and chili powder.
Season ribs with salt and pepper.
Place ribs in crock pot, covering with sauce.
Cook low for eight hours, or high for four hours.
Spoon the BBQ sauce, in the pot, over ribs before removing.
Serve with BBQ sauce and your choice of sides.
