Dark's Kitchen
Serves 8-10

1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
2 C shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 C whole milk
1/2 C onions, finely diced
1 packet taco seasoning (see my homemade taco seasoning in MISC recipes)
1/4 tsp cayenne
salt and pepper, to taste
sour cream, garnish
cilantro, garnish
tortilla chips


In a crock pot, combine ground beef, Mexican cheese blend, black beans, cream cheese, diced tomatoes,
milk, onions, taco seasoning, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Stir well.

Cook on high for 2 hours.

Top with sour cream and cilantro.

Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
