1 3.4 oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
2 C Fruity Pebbles cereal
1 C white chocolate chips
2 1/4 C flour
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk baking soda and flour. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add pudding mix. Beat until well blended.
Add eggs and vanilla extract.
Slowly add flour. Mix until just combined.
Stir in Fruity Pebbles and white chocolate chips.
Scoop into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
