Dark's Kitchen
Ingredients:
Serves 6-8

6 C day-old French or Italian bread, cubed
1/4 C olive oil
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a small saucepan, over medium-low heat, for 5 minutes. Let cool and remove garlic with a slotted spoon.

In a large bowl, combine cubed bread with garlic flavored olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, oregano, and basil, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

Lay croutons flat on an aluminum foil, or parchment-lined, baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.

Stir halfway through, so they bake evenly.

Serve with soup or salad and enjoy!

Store un-used portions in an air-tight container.
