2 lbs. ground beef, lean
3 Tbsp taco seasoning
6 oz. tomato sauce
20 1⁄2 oz. refried beans
2 pkgs. shredded cheddar cheese
12 small flour tortillas
4 or 5 tomatoes, diced
1 large white onion, diced
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 jar salsa, medium or large
1 bag shredded lettuce, large
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning, refried beans, and tomato sauce. Heat until blended.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Spoon taco filling into taco shells and stack them side by side in dish.
When shells are filled, top each with shredded cheese.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes, watching so they do not brown too much.
Top with remaining ingredients.
