Dark's Kitchen

1 1/2 C brown sugar
6 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/2 C peanut butter
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 C flour
3 C Butterfingers, chopped, divided (24 Fun Size)


Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

Line a 9x13 pan with foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Cream brown sugar, peanut butter, and butter, in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a
paddle attachment.

Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined.

Add baking powder, salt, and flour. Mix to combine.

Stir in 2 C chopped Butterfingers.

Press mixture into prepared pan (spray your hands with cooking spray, to avoid sticking to your hands).

Sprinkle remaining chopped Butterfingers over the top. Press lightly to stick to the surface.

Bake for 22-25 minutes, being careful not to overcook. The center will be gooey.

They will firm up as they cool.

Cool completely before slicing into squares.
