1 C sausage, browned and broken into bite-sized pieces
1/2 C pepperoni slices
1 14.5 oz. can Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 C penne pasta
2 C water
1/2 C shredded Mozzarella or Italian-blend cheese
extra pepperoni for topping
Add sausage, pepperoni, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, pasta, and water to a large skillet.
Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium or medium-low.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is mostly absorbed.
Top with cheese and extra pepperoni slices.
Place under broiler and cook until cheese is browned and bubbly, about 3 minutes.
