1 C flour
1 stick butter (softened)
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 C chopped walnuts or nut of your choice (optional)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2/3 C sugar
1 large cool whip
2 pkg instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 C milk
For the crust:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
In a medium size bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugar. Spread in a 9x13 baking pan (bottom only).
Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside and let fully cool.
For the filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add 1/2 container cool whip. Mix well. Spread on crust.
Stir together, pudding mix and milk, until thick. Spread on cream cheese mixture.
Spread remaining cool whip on pistachio mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (optional).
