Dark's Kitchen
Ingredients:

10 oz. Bag Wilton Pumpkin Spice Candy Melts (any brand will do)
17 oz. cheesecake (store bought or make your own)

Directions:

Scoop a spoonful of cheesecake and roll into a ball.

Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Repeat until all cheesecake is used, or desired amount are made.

Place in freezer for 30-60 minutes.

While the balls are in the freezer, melt the candy melts.

Dip each ball in melted candy with a fork and let excess candy drip off (don't stab the ball).

Return to parchment paper to harden.

If the balls get too soft while dipping the others, place back in freezer until firm.

Resume dipping once firm.

Note: If making large quantities, remove a few at a time from the freezer for dipping.
