Dark's Kitchen

1/2 lb white American cheese
1/4 C milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 4 oz. can green chilies
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper


Place cheese, milk, and butter in a sauce pan, over low heat.

Heat until melted, stirring frequently.

Stir in green chilies, cumin, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper.

Add more milk if you want it thinner.

Serve immediately with chips, tortillas, or your favorite Mexican dish.
