Yield: 36 C

4 5 oz. can Geisha whole baby clams, undrained
32 oz. imitation crab meat
2 lbs bay scallops
24 oz. extra small shrimp
2 lbs Tilapia, Whiting, Haddock, Cod, or Flounder
16 C 1%, 2%, or whole milk (do not use skim milk, as it comes out runny)
15 oz. instant mashed potato
6 Tbsp I can't Believe It's Not Butter
onion powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste


In a large stock pot, (36 C or larger) place clams and crab meat. Set aside.

In a separate pan, boil scallops, shrimp, and fish, until cooked through. Add to stock pot.

Add milk and cook over high heat.

Stir continuously to prevent burning of milk.

When mixture is hot through, add butter and instant mashed potato.

Stir until potatoes are combined and softened.

Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper, to taste.

Continue stirring continuously until hot through.
