Dark's Kitchen
Serves 4

1 lb ground beef
1/2 C seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 onion, finely minced
1 egg
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp pepper
2 Tbsp canola oil
2 C beef broth
2 C milk
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 C egg noodles
1 C parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 C chopped parsley


In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.

Mix until combined.

Heat canola oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat.

Scoop mixture and roll into golf-ball sized balls.

Place in pot, cook for one minute, stirring to evenly brown.

Add beef broth, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.

Bring to a boil. Add egg noodles.

Stir constantly until pasta is cooked and liquid has reduced and thickened.

Add parmesan and parsley. Stir until cheese is melted.
