1 C heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract


In a small, chilled, glass bowl, and using chilled beaters, beat cream until it begins to thicken.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla.

Beat until soft peaks form.

Keep refrigerated.
