Dark's Kitchen
Ingredients:

2 crescent roll tubes
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
1 bag shredded lettuce (can shred your own if you like)
1 or 2 diced tomatoes, depending on their size
1/2 small can Black Olives (sliced),
Avocado, Sour cream, and/or any other taco toppings you like.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

Separate crescent pastries and lay in a circle, with ends pointed out, on a foil lined pizza pan, sprayed lightly with cooking spray.

Use some of the leftover crescent rolls to make the center a bit thicker, as this will hold the meat.

Brown meat in a frying pan. Drain, and add taco seasoning per instructions on seasoning package, reducing water to 1/3 C, down from the 1/2 C called for.

Spread meat mixture in a circle inside crescent rolls, then sprinkle 1 C cheese over the meat.

Pull crescent roll points over meat and cheese, and tuck in.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown.

Add remaining 1/2 C cheese, lettuce, tomato, black olives, and any other taco toppings you desire, to the middle of the ring

(you may find it easier to serve the toppings in separate dishes and let people choose their own).
