Dark's Kitchen

1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C sour cream
2 16 oz. cans refried beans
1 packet taco seasoning
2 C cheddar cheese, shredded
2 C Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded


Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl.

Add refried beans. Stir until combined. Stir in taco seasoning.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle both cheeses over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Serve with tortilla chips.
