Dark's Kitchen
Ingredients:
Serves 12, 1 per serving

8 oz. bitter-sweet chocolate
2 tsp butter
3 C mini marshmallows

Directions:

Line a 9X9 baking dish with aluminum foil.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally,
until thoroughly combined.

Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows.

Spoon or pour chocolate mixture into pan. Smooth into an even layer.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut into 12 pieces.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
