Dark's Kitchen
Serves 36, 1 piece per serving

1 spray non-stick cooking spray
1 2/3 C sugar
2/3  C fat free evaporated milk
2 Tbsp light butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (about 1 1/2 C)
14 large marshmallows


Spray an 8X8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan, over high heat, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.

Stir in chocolate and marshmallows.

Remove from heat and stir until smooth.

Pour mixture into baking dish. Refrigerate for 2 hours, ot until firm.

Cut into thirty-six squares (6x6) and serve.

Store in refrigerator.
