Yield 16 Bites, 1 bite per serving
1 C old-fashioned oats
2 oz. almonds, chopped
1/3 C toasted, unsweetened, coconut flakes
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
8 Tbsp PB Fit
1 1/2 Tbsp water
1/4 C honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 oz. dried cranberries, roughly chopped
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Combine and bake oatmeal, almonds, and coconut, for 8-10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, microwave peanut butter for 20-30 seconds, or until runny. Add additional water, to thin, if needed.
Add baked mix, along with flax seed, honey, chia seeds, and cranberries, to the bowl. Roll into donut hole sized balls and refrigerate.
Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
