Serves 1, 1/2 banana per serving
1 spray non-stick cooking spray
1/2 medium banana, cut lengthwise
1 tsp maple syrup
3/4 Tbsp pecans, chopped, toasted
Spray a medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook banana,
cut-side down, until hot and browned.
Drizzle with syrup and pecans.
