Serves 1, 1 per serving
3 mini Phyllo shells
1 chocolate wafers
3 Tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla
1 Tbsp Raspberries
Bake phyllo shells according to package directions. Allow to cool.
Crush wafer. Set aside a few cookie crumbs. Stir remaining crumbs into yogurt.
Divide yogurt mixture among cooled shells.
Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
Top with a raspberry.
