Servings 5, 9 oz. per serving

2 Smart Ones® Vegetable Fried Rice meals
1 can cooking spray
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 lb frozen raw, peeled, shelled, deveined shrimp, extra-large (26-30 count)
1 1/2 C frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper


Microwave each Smart Ones® Vegetable Fried Rice meal on high for 3 minutes. Set aside.

Lightly coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add sesame oil.

Add shrimp, pineapple, garlic, and lite soy sauce. Cook on medium-high heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add both Smart Ones® Vegetable Fried Rice meals and crushed red pepper to skillet. Mix thoroughly.

Continue to cook on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
